Dior as a brand, I think, is really underrated. I rarely see Dior makeup being raved about across the blogosphere, perhaps every now and then but it's definitely a novelty and few and far between, in my realm of blog reading anyway. I myself am guilty of this underrating, but having been lucky enough to be exposed to some lovely product over the last few months I have no idea where this came from, especially since my holy grail mascara, Diorshow Blackout, is one I repurchase time and time again and would NEVER stray from, it took me so long to find the perfect mascara and for me, this one is it. I'm also a massive fan of Dior Pure Poison and the lipglosses, and I absolutely adoooore their packaging, it's really retro-ey I guess and makes me think of makeup my mum would've used when I was younger...like Yardley ha!
So why have I never delved deeper? Well, I don't have an answer for that but, today, I shall be delving deeper and I'm taking you all with me.
May I introduce you to the goooooorgeous Dior Croisette Summer Collection.
Dior 5 Couleurs Croisette Palette in Aurora £41
Aren't these just gawjus?! I'll be honest the first one isn't massively pigmented but wack on a bit of Fix+ and you'll be good to go. I think these palettes are so good just because of the breadth of colours. Any of them as a wash over the lid looks lovely and once you start mixing, the colour choice is endless! The main thing I love, love, love about these is the packaging, really robust but glamorous with the suede pocket and reflective, curved top, I die!
I wasn't expecting much from this lip balm but I really, really like it and it's become an everyday staple in my makeup bag. The colour I have is a really light wash of pink, you can't even really see it. It reminds me of the Revlon Lip Butters a little bit in consistency but much more matte and moisturising - highly recommended!

Now this is my faaaaaaaaaaaavourite piece in the collection, I adore it so so much and not just because of the packaging and adorable little kabuki brush...although that is a factor! This is a really lovely bronzer, I'd say it's kind of similar to Nars Laguna in the sense that is has a very, very subtle shimmer but comes out quite matte on the skin but still adds a slight sheen which really makes the skin look radiant. It adds a really natural warmth which can easily be built up. Although I wouldn't use the brush for application, it's cute as a travel option especially with it's little suede pocket! There is also another new addition to this bronzing range in the form of the
Diorskin Nude Tan Colour & Radiance Powder...I actually die for this it's amazing and I really want to get my mits on it!
What do you think of this collection? Are you a fan of Dior makeup?
Until the next post,
Love, love, love,
